Our volunteers and students come per appointment.

• The head of the facility decides if the volunteer or student may offer his/her services at the facility (centre). He/she may not be threat or harm to any of our children.
• The manager also ensures that he has the relevant skills required at the home.
• Each student will be working with the co-worker who is an official, staff where she/he is being placed.
• A student/volunteer social worker will be working with the home social worker.
• A student/volunteer care worker will be working with the child care workers employed by the home.
• They will be monitored and supervised by the co-workers and the head of the facility.
